How can I troubleshoot Roboshield call assistant?

If you are experiencing difficulties with the Roboshield call assistant, please attempt the following. 

• Make sure Roboshield has access to an internet connection either through WiFi or mobile data. A stable internet connection is needed for Roboshield to work. 
  • To verify, please go to Settings > Roboshield > Toggle on if off to use the app with mobile data. 
• Make sure the "Silence Unknown Callers" option is on. 

Stil having trouble with the service after doing the above? 

Please note that this service requires you to configure call forwarding with the carrier and thus cannot be used simultaneously with other services requiring call forwarding such as Google Voice. If you recently changed your carrier provider please go to app settings to deactivate and activate the service.

If you are still have trouble, lets do a fresh uninstall and reinstall. 

1. Uninstall Roboshield. 
2. Restart your phone. 
3. Install Roboshield from the app store and follow the instructions to activate. 

If you are experiencing difficulties trying to activate Roboshield, please try the steps below for troubleshooting. 

• Reconfigure Conditional Call Forwarding Settings
  • It is possible that there was a hiccup during the activation process. If that is the case, we need to manually restore the forwarding settings to your carrier. Please dial the configuration code by finding your carrier below.
