How do I troubleshoot Message protection?

In case you are experiencing difficulties, trying to activate Roboshield Message Protection, please see the recommended steps below: 

Make sure that "Roboshield Message Protection" option in Unknown & Spam is on. Please go to settings, tap messages, and see if the option is on. 

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap on Messages.
   
3. Tap on Unknown and spam. 
   
4. Turn off and on filter unknown senders.
   
5. Switch SMS filtering to Roboshield.
