How do I troubleshoot Message protection?
In case you are experiencing difficulties, trying to activate Roboshield Message Protection, please see the recommended steps below:
Make sure that "Roboshield Message Protection" option in Unknown & Spam is on. Please go to settings, tap messages, and see if the option is on.
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap on Messages.
- Tap on Unknown and spam.
- Turn off and on filter unknown senders.
- Switch SMS filtering to Roboshield.
