How do I look up a number?

To manually lookup a number select the "Lookup any number" box from the Activity List view of the app.

Then, enter a 10-digit phone number into the Search bar. Then select the Magnifying Glass to display the search results for the number you entered.

To search a number that appears on your call log within the app, simply select the number, then select More Details to display additional information about the number. 

Can Robo Shield look up Private, Restricted, Unknown, or Anonymous callers?

Robo Shield cannot look up Private, Restricted, Unknown, or Anonymous callers if they are coming in without a phone number attached to them. There is currently no way to identify a caller without a valid, ten-digit phone number.

Why do certain numbers not display a name when I attempt a Number Lookup?

Some numbers have their information withheld by their carrier or owner. If name information is not available, Robo Shield will provide additional geographic information, when available.
