  • Robo Shield is asking me to pay, but I already have an active Hotspot Shield Premium account.

  • If Hotspot Shield is installed on the device make sure that you are logged into Hotspot Shield with your email address that is associated with your premium account.

In order to get Robo Shield Premium working on your smartphone, you must download Hotspot Shield and are logged into Hotspot Shield on the mobile device where you want to activate Robo Shield Premium.

If you’ve already downloaded Robo Shield on your smartphone but have not downloaded Hotspot Shield, follow these steps:

  1. Delete the Robo Shield app from your phone

  2. Download Hotspot Shield on your phone and log in to your account

  3. Re-install Robo Shield on your phone

  4. Robo Shield Premium will activate automatically
